Regency fine bone china Teacup and Saucer with pink and blue flowers made in England

This is a pretty teacup and saucer from Regency English Bone China in a pretty pattern of pink and blue floral bouquets on a white background. The edges of both teacup and saucer are softly scalloped and trimmed in gold. The handle and base of the teacup have gold accents as well. The teacup and saucer are approximately 3" high and the saucer is 5 1/4" across.

    My neighbor has 4 cups & saucers, 4 small plates & a cream & sugar bowl. She is looking to sell them. Any idea if there's a market for these, &/or what is the value of them? Thank you very much
